Vipin Kumar told that earlier he used to work at a fast food shop while living outside Samastipur. But due to the lockdown during the Corona period, I had to return home. After a long wait, he started selling fast food from a cart at Ramoli Chowk near the village. Today there is a crowd of customers here. Usually, people start looking for fast food shops in the evening. Vipin told that Manchurian people like him very much. Therefore, except those fast food items, they make mostly Manchurian. Those who taste the Manchurian here once, definitely come again.
150 plates are sold daily
Vipin Kumar told that he prepares Manchurian by himself. To make Manchurian, we use cabbage, capsicum and many types of special spices and then mix them, make small round pieces and filter them in oil. When it is ready, prepare Manchurian juice. For this, put oil in a pan, add onion, chilli, ginger, tomato and various spices and fry them and then add juice, add Manchurian and cook for 5 minutes. Its hot Manchurian is served to the customers to eat. Vipin told that Manchurian serves a plate for 20 rupees, which contains 10 pieces. Every day 100 to 150 plates of Manchurian are sold.
